Our workshops invite educators to deeply understand that children’s social and emotional development is woven through diverse ecosystems, their own minds and bodies, their social worlds, and the natural world.

教本次工作坊旨在讓教育工作者深入了解兒童的社交和情緒發展是與多元的生態系統、兒童自身的身心、社會環境以及自然世界交織在一起。

The practical experience
實踐體驗的培訓內容

Our workshops are a blend of theory and hands-on experience, structured around:

Guided bursts of theory from facilitator (CASEL, aesthetic learning, nature/biodiversity principles and neuro-science based learning)
Immersive activities
Reflective dialogue, where participants explore their own emotional awareness reflecting on the experiences of children
Lesson Planning, where participants co-design biodiversity-nature, and aesthetic-themed SEL lessons to bring back to their settings, with an understanding of complex learning and behaviors and co-regulation

本培訓結合理論與實踐，主要內容如下：

由導師進行理論講解（CASEL，美學，自然/生物多樣性原則以及基於神經科學的學習）
沉浸式體驗
反思性對話：參與者探索自己的情感意識，反思兒童的經歷
課程規劃：參與者共同設計以生物多樣性、自然和美學為主題的SEL課程，並將其帶回各自的學習環境，同時深入理解複雜的學習、行為及共同調節機制

Educator's Professional Development Opportunity
教育者專業發展機會

LumiVoce Foundation Limited, together with its partners, is organizing a series of teacher training workshops. The themes include the CASEL framework, self-awareness, social awareness, and complex learning, among others. Free educational materials will be provided to teachers throughout the workshops, with a particular focus on teaching young children. These workshops aim to enhance authentic learning experiences and meet the diverse needs of students. We welcome all childhood educators to participate in our free workshop to advance professional development.
