Alison currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Kerry Holdings Limited, family office and investment holding company of the Kuok Group which is a multinational conglomerate. Prior to joining Kerry Holdings, she worked at Slaughter and May focusing on corporate and cross border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures and other corporate exercises.

Alison is passionate about art, culture and philanthropy. She has been appointed to the Advisory Committee on Arts Development of the HKSAR Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau; and she is the Chairperson of the Young Patrons Committee of The Hong Kong Philharmonic Society Limited. Alison is driven to make a meaningful difference in the community. She is a member of the In-House Lawyers Committee as well as the International Legal Affairs Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.  She is also the Steering Committee Member and Secretary of the Climate Governance Initiative (CGI) Hong Kong Chapter, which is the local chapter of the World Economic Forum’s Climate Governance Initiative.
