Bing Xiao was in the financial service industry for about 25 years, the last 20 years with BlackRock Aladdin business in the U.S. and Hong Kong focusing on integration, transformation and financial technology. While at the company, she set up and actively drove employees networks and local philanthropy efforts. Prior to that, she was with Bloomberg news in the US. Bing holds a Master of Arts degree from Yale University and a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Peking University.

Bing is inspired by LumiVoce’s mission and impressed by the team’s discipline. She hopes to join to help amplify its social impact by raising awareness, exploring strategic partnerships, and building a scalable model for growth.
