Sally Law is currently having an orchestral career with the Hong Kong Sinfonietta. She was also a violinist of the Cong Quartet from 2019-2020. Past engagements include participating in the Lucerne Festival Academy 2019, the Tongyeong Music Festival 2018, a collaboration at the Asia Society Hong Kong Center with Reeps One, world champion beatboxer; performances at the Victoria and Albert Museum, London; Buckingham Palace with Maxim Vengerov and John Wilson for HRH the Prince of Wales; playing alongside members of the Chamber Orchestra of Europe; and a solo concert for HRH Princess Alexandra.
Sally graduated from the Royal College of Music as a Tait Trust Scholar supported by a Study Award, where she studied violin with Professor Jan Repko and piano with Professor Kathron Sturrock. During her studies, she was supported by the Neville Wathen Scholarship, Australian Music Foundation Young Musician Award (2013), and Australia AMEB Joyce Phillips Award (2014). Sally has performed in masterclasses with Alina Ibragimova, Alexander Markov, Dong Suk Kang and Alexander Bonduryansky.
