She has won 13 major accordion competitions both nationally and internationally. In 2009, she achieved fourth place in the Performer’s Category, a competition recommended by the Ministry of Culture, at the International Accordion Competitions in Klingenthal, Germany, and Arrasate, Spain. Ouyang Fang regularly performs accordion solos and chamber music concerts and delivers lectures and masterclasses on accordion-related topics at venues such as Xiamen Gulangyu Concert Hall, Xiamen Philharmonic Concert Hall, Hong Kong City Hall, the University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.

Her concert performances have spanned across Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, as well as Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other provinces in China. She has collaborated with prestigious orchestras including the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, Berlin Radio Choir, North German Radio Symphony Orchestra, Saxony State Symphony Orchestra, Concerto da Camera Hong Kong, Fujian Provincial Opera House Symphony Orchestra, and Xiamen Philharmonic Orchestra.
