She is a researcher at the Xicheng District College of Education in Beijing, a leading expert in the development and design of the National Education Curriculum at East China Normal University, and an instructor for the Master of Education in National Education at Capital Normal University. She has been a lecturer at the School of Humanities of Auburn University, the lead author of the 13th Five-Year Plan for Education in Xicheng District, and a teacher of secondary school language training.
